Typical police behavior. Basically this girl has her foot on a chair on the train. Something most everyone does. Anyway, a cop stops and start harassing her for it. He eventually yanks her off the train and as another woman shows up to help the girl out and stand up for her, the police arrest both of them.
Is putting a foot on a chair worth being arrested for? Apparently it is. Is coming to the defense of someone in a nonviolent way worth being arrested for? Apparently it is. Yet, the police force thinks they have it tough and need more cops on the streets. To do what, harass people for no good reason other than to prove they can.
